Makro fools customers with delivery date
Makro fools customers with delivery date. Was told 7 days only to change to 40 DAYS!!!!!!!! Online call centre up to Sh*&^%! Ordered a eco water tank with a jojo pump kit. Pump kit delivered on day 5. Phoned on the friday, Makro online tells me i will have my tank on Monday, monday comes and goes. I phone wednesday only to be told that whomever i spoke to on friday **** to me and that it will take 40 Days to deliver!!! if i knew this i would have never gone threw with the sale!
