Makro finance not assisting me with my vouchers

I have been making payment on my Makro society account directly to Makro Finance, when I am supposed to get my vouchers I am given a run around, they keep saying they will call me back with no success. when I try and call Makro Finance the phone is hung up. I tried calling Makro Head Office, their phones are not being answeredI am frustrated because the reason I was saving the money was to use it now in December for my groceries.
