Makro f*cked up again.

I placed an Online order on the 30th of August 2021 and still have not received my order (17 day). Four phone calls to four different people, four different stories and still no answer. I emailed five times as well. I learned on day 3 that Makro has a 2-5 day SLA to delivery. They obviously missed this one! I even called DSV ( Makro's courier of choice) for help, since it is meant to be delivered to a Locker. One story was that the courier lost the parcel. Another that the two bottles of alcohol were two big for the locker ( LOL. I wish). Please help. This is the second time Makro has *****ed up an Online order of mine. Makro, you have no chance of competing with Takealot unless you up your game 2000%.

I mean how can this even be possible. Surely you have alerts when an order takes longer that your 5 day SLA?
