Absolute PATHETIC and POOR client service from Makro. Deceiving and lying to the clients regarding their delivery policy when making an online purchase. Product purchased was supposed to be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days which didn't happen and product was still not delivered after this committed time frame as indicated by Makro. The communication and update on the product delivery progress from Makro was non existing and had to constantly call the client service center to find out what the status of the query/delivery was. If you want to frustrate yourself then go buy online from Makro This was my first and definitely my last time ill buy anything from Makro online ever again. UNPROFFESIONAL, POOR AND PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE --WELL DONE MAKRO!!!!
