Ordered a vacuum on Wednesday, it's now Friday and I checked the shipping status to see that it has been canceled. No refund given and no communication from them, if I did not check the status I would still be expecting the item. The lady at the call center hung up on me instead of taking care of my refund or taking an official complaint.
