Makro ..faulty washing machine

I bought a new Defy washing machine at Makro in May 2021..In October 2021 I have made numerous phone calls to Makro about the noisy machine..a technician came to my house November 2021 and reckon the machine needs new shock absorbers. From November 2021 to date NO FEEDBACK from Makro..They gave me a ticket nr ***! The machine is still very noisy and Makro is dead quiet...PLEASE ASSIST REGARDS C C VILJOEN
