Makro false promises on delivery and lying on vouchers promises
Ordered goods online on the 27 November 2019. Promised delivery within 7-10 days. Day before Christmas and no response from them on when I can expect delivery. Have been calling them everyday since the 7th day and am getting absolutely very little information on when I will receive the goods. Went into 3 different Makro's in the past 2 weeks and they all had stock of the items I purchased online. Received an sms saying I will receive a R100 voucher and am still waiting for the sms with the voucher number.
