MAKRO false adverti*****t and sales. - selling things they are not intending to give to you.

I have ordered Jacob's Iced coffee from Makro online Best Deal. 40 x 164g. Please note 1 box Jacobs Iced coffee is 164g containing (8x 20,5g) I ordered 3 of these best deals.40 x 164g. On delivering they only delivered 15 x 164g. Jacobs Iced coffee. On complaining they just kept telling me they will come back to me but no-one ever came back spoke to 5 people at their complaints department. Then I spoke to Brian at the silver lakes store... He also kept promising he will come back no come back. Eventually the told me I was suppose to get 40 x 20,5 g but clearly their adverti*****ts on the website is different and my order and my invoice. Later I spoke to Lisa at the Silverlakes branch which told me they can not give me what I bought as they will run in a loss and she is getting online to come back to me... 4 days later no-one came back to me. Neither had the fix the website..or gave me what is on my invoice. Worst experience ever!!!!
