Makro False Advertising and Wont Substitute

Good Day All.

I purchased a product on the Makro Online store. The payment happened 2 weeks ago. Makro states that your product will be delivered within 2 - 5 days. I still have no product and Makro has my MONEY!!!!

Every time I phone they say we are working on it or we are waiting for fulfillment to get back to us. I have spoken to multiple managers and the matter just never gets solved.

Makro had the cheek to try provide me with the bottom of the line product as a substitute, even though the same product I ordered was available just in a different color .

The substitute was a product that I could get for R3000 cheaper at another store.
