Makro false advertising and appalling service

Placed an online order with this store on Black Friday. My order was then split into 3 parts for delivery, received 2 parts of the delivery and to date still waiting for delivery 2 of 3. I’m at my wits end with the appalling service I have received. Promises to follow up and see where my order is, and no one ever calling me back until I decide to call again after a day or 2.

Asked for the matter to be escalated and was promised a call back from call centre floor Manager and no call back! Told that my order would be coming from Crown Mines, as if that is of interest to me? Lying and saying that my order was delivered on the 25th November yet order WAS NEVER RECEIVED only weetbix and milk delivered by driver Akani and Call Centre Agent confirmed that this order would be delivered on 14 December!

I asked for my refund as this has actually delayed my trip 2 weeks after order was placed and all I get is “we have marked this query urgent and will investigate and get back to you.” False advertising on the 2-5 days delivery!

Really Makro???
