Makro false advertising

Makro has these save more specials that they advertise widely, it is even on their catalogue's online. So when we visit Makro Wonder boom branch once a week, we cannot find some off the specials in store, there is never any toilet paper that is on special, this month the twin saver is on special, their shelves is only stocked with baby soft. The oil they advertise on special is never on the shelves, some of the other products advertised as well, I visit them once a week on different days and times, so how is it possible that they never have stock, cause that is their excuse.

I even went when the store opens, and that helped nothing ass they start stocking the store when it opens, then you cant find any products.

So I feel that they are giving false information to the public, why advertise products that you don't have in stock?????????

Staff is no help, they treat you like you are a big bother and actually don't really want to help you, I send them an email as well, and gave me the same attitude, thanks for your email sorry for your inconvenience.

Makro was always our go to store, but you guys are having serious issues over there.
