Makro fails to deliver and fails to return

I ordered a bella blanket from their online store. They delivered the wrong one. Then a courier guy arrived at my door for a return and he took the wrong parcel because he didn't know what company he was picking the parcel up for. So makro not only gave me a dud blanket but now they have my sneakers too so i cant get the refund i needed to get from another store for those. Im so frustrated with their incompetence.
