Makro fails to collect damage items since November 2024
Since November last year I have been trying to return staff I bought even to this day, Makro has failed to come collect. I just need to understand what do I need to do for Makro to collect their broken items.

13 Mar 2025, 16:06I don’t find anything in order with Makro, I have waisted more resources in trying to return items that were delivered damaged, from the first day I got them, I lodged a request to return the items yet 3 months in the new year I’m still talking about these things.
Can you collect your damaged goods and refund me my money back, that’s the only thing I need from you guys nothing else
