Makro failing to make the refund

I ordered online at Makro SA on February 2025, and few days later I received a notification of out of stock and that I will be refunded. Its almost mid May 2025 and I haven't got the refund even after the thousand calls I made at their customer service, and sending necessary documents for my refund to be processed.

What amazes me is that I am not the only one, alot of people I came across on social media has the same problem with makro. It seems like this is how Makro operates, and it is unacceptable. Something should be done, Makro needs to be stopped... and I will definitely fight till I get my money back.
