MAKRO failing to deliver

I ordered a few things online and I haven't received anything yet. I have just received the second SMS this morning to say that my order will be delivered in 5 working days which is unacceptable because I have been waiting 3 weeks already. My friend who did her order the same time as me already got all her stuff delivered a day after doing the on line order and I reside closer to Makro Ottery than she does!?

I tried calling the online centre a few times and a person can never get through to any consultant. It just rings and after a few minutes the call drops. I called the Ottery store in Cape Town and spoke to a guy named Kurt who said that the only reason why they couldn't complete the order and deliver my stuff was because they didnt have stock of the Seagate hdd which is part of my order. I asked him to call me back to let me know when my order will be completed and he has failed to do so till today. I eventually did some investigating and called Makro in montague myself to find out if they had stock of the hhd and the guy told me they had 8 available at their branch. Why couldnt they just do a transfer to complete my order and get it delivered?

On Sunday I received a call from a guy in Jo'burg to tell me that they do not have the gift pack of the Johnny walker red label and asked if they can replace it with a normal bottle to which I agreed. I then asked him why I am getting a call from Jo'burg and he said that my order was sent to them and that they will now complete the order and courier it down to Cape Town. That is the last I heard of my order until I recieved a email at 16:51 saying that my stuff has already been delivered. I have also just check the status of my order and it says that the order is complete. I'm not sure what that means. Yesterday it said "order in progress"

I had patience at first but am now angry at the fact that I do not have my order and that nobody can tell me where it is, a proper reason why haven't received it yet or when I will receive it.
