Makro failer to cancel my order, now it has been lost.

I've called Makro many times for my order to be cancelled. I spoke to more than 4 consultants, and they assured me it will be cancelled. They never cancelled my order, instead they fast tracked the process. Now the courier campany they have used which is dsv has lost my parcel.
