Makro failed to deliver my order, poor communication and unresolved issues persistently.

16 Mar 2026, 11:39I ordered on Feb 27th, and it was supposed to be delivered on March 4th. They said the courier delay was resolved on March 5th, but I've heard nothing since. Today, they told me there's no resolution and they don't know what's going on. Frustrating.
