Makro failed me this winter season.
I bought a Russel Hobbs fern heater at Makro Silverlake on 13 June 2024. I have used it for two weeks only, after then it is not hot anymore. When i return it to Makro they refuse to exchange or refund reasons being i should have brought it back before 14days. I am very disappointed and sad.

13 Aug 2024, 19:46Is about three weeks now Makro Silverlakes took my heater back. I don’t understand why they took it for repairs since it is working but is beyond my expectations. Now winter is over and I am still waiting. No communication. Problem not solved
