Makro fail on their promises

I am still waiting for my online order, which I placed on the 20th of November to be delivered. You confirmed via sms that it was handed to a courier. I only received automated emails from you since my review on Hallo Peter, which I did a week ago. Yo promised feedback within 24 - 48 hours. You are full of empty promised and horrible customer care. You are quick to take a customer’s money with no intent to honor your promises of 7-10 day delivery. Will I get my portable airconditioner next summer ????
