MAKRO FAIL ELDERLY THAT LIVE ON SASSA ON THEIR PRODUCT.

We bought the Generic 026 Vibration Massager (MSGH4UFVPKK6CQFE) from Makro online. We went back 2 times because this was only working for 2 days. I can not get any results from Makro - my parents live on SASSA and saved for this product as they have a lot of pain. This is really unexpected that Makro will not help elderly and take their money. This is disappointed.
