Makro fail

I bought a twin tub washing machine from makro in 2019. After 1 year the spinner broke, they fixed it time after time but it keeps breaking. Now I am told that Defy is on strike!!! I did not buy the machine at defy. I bought it from Makro....pls Makro get your act together
