Absolutely disgusted by the pathetic service.. Logged a return as the cake spinner ordered did not spin as effectively as needed. second item the hair dryer cold setting would not switch. Both items are unused. Waited for collection on the date indicated on website, 4 days later I called and spoke to Abelia, promised collection the next day and advised will email the confirmation, am still waiting... Called in and spoke to a guy who kept apologising and saying only thing they can do is call when they coming to collect.. I asked to speak to a manager this guy says he will see if manager is available
