I paid on 28 February and two weeks after not receiving the order I requested a refund. Until now, the order has not been cancelled, I have not received a refund or feedback on the progress of the cancellation. Makro is so nonchalant and they make sure to hire people who are just as unbothered. At this point, it feels like I have been ****med.
