Makro extremely Bad Service

Order no: MAK*** I placed this order online on 2 April 2023 and made payment. It noted that it took 2-5 working days to be delivered. On 08 April 2023 was the delivery date but nothing was delivered. I went in to Makro (09/04/2023) online department but was sent inside. I was told by one of the staff members that Makro only advertised the items, and a third party was involved. I was given a contact number and name (Cohen Abrahams - ***) but when I contacted the number it said that it does not exist. I called the online store on 17/04/2023 and I was told that my contact number must be updated, and that the delivery will take place before the Friday. I was given a reference number to my call ( ***).

I received an email that said the items was delivered but I still haven't received anything.

Now I have used my petrol, airtime and time. I do not want the items I want to be refunded as soon as possible.
