MAKRO EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH MUTUAL AND FEDERAL A JOKE.

We have taken out an extended warranty on our Oven. It has been three weeks, and we are getting no response. Technician was out within one day, then Francinah advised they are waiting for stock however two weeks later and the Technician is saying the quote to order stock has not even been approved yet. No answer, reply or feedback from Francinah or Makro care at all. Going onto week FOUR now still waiting for someone to actually just respond! How bad can you allow your company service to be. Wow!
