Makro extended warranty service pathetic

I reported a problem with our Samsung tv bought at Makro with ectended warranty on 16th September 2022. 6 weeks later still no one has resolved ghe issue. Why offer a extended warranty policy with no customer service!!! What guarantee do I have that it will be fixed properly?
