Makro extended warranty problems

<p>I purchases a Samsung washing machine from makro it has an extended warranty my machine has been giving me problems from last year nov 2016 it is an absolute mission to get the extended warranty of makro to assist and when they sent somebody out to fix it exactly after two weeks my washing machine got worst then what is was it makes a terrible sound and shakes now it doesn't even spin dry properly I have contacting makro extended warranty fro dec2016 and nobody has assisted me finally I went into makro alberton store to lodge a complain and I got assisted now I requested the extended warranty to replace my washing machine as every time they fix it my machine gets worse what it previously was but of course they don't want to assist me all my appliances are purchased at makro because I firmly believed that makro was one of the best stores regarding purchasing and that now I'm reconsidering I will never go back to makro to purchases anything neither will I advice family and friends to neverpurchase makro anymore after the events that has been taking place with makro extended warranty I am very disappointed in makro and there after sales P.s. My Samsung washing machine is still brand new it has all the tape around even the box is still intact</p>
