Makro extended warranty not worth it

I got a Makro extended warranty on my 16kg whirlpool. Tried to claim online and i even went to the store, logged a claim and still no technician was sent to have a look and repair it. Logged a claim 05/02/2025 and its been 20 days now still no Contact, and my warranty finishes on 11 /03/2025. Makro extended warranty just wants the warranty to finish so they dont have to worry about sorting the machine out.
