Makro extended warranty : is not worth it, don't waste your money

Do not waste your money on this extended warranty, use that money on better things, this warranty is not worth it.

I bought a Samsung washing machine from Makro, I took the extended warranty. The machine stopped working. I reported that the machine is not working. They came and collected the machine to be repaired in their workshop. Now is been weeks since they took the washing machine, this is the 2nd month now. It is not the first time this machines stops working, then I have to go through the same stressful process reporting then wait, keep on following up asking for updates.

Everytime they repair the washing machine, I am left without a washing machine for the whole time, until they decide to bring it back. A washing machine is an essential equipment to have in the house. Everytime I phone makro, explaining the frustrations and the stressful situation, their reply 'we ordered the parts, we are just waiting for them to be delivered, there is nothing we can do, sorry, bye'

It is just false promises that are made to customer, when they are selling the makro extended warranty.
