Makro extended warranty is a ****

Bought a washing machine and bought a extended warranty. thus 5 year warranty. The machine broke now on year 4. I went to the store (Centurion branch on thursday) to claim the extended warranty and to have the machine fixed. By the folowing Tuesday, no answer. I phoned the national call center (there was no reference of the lodged claim, meaning the lady at Centurion branch did not do her work) to make a new claim. They told me that a technician will be in contact with me within 72hours. Today is Friday again, 8 days after starting the process. No feedback when calling the national call center. No one has phoned me. Just rediculous service. I will not advise anyone to purchase with Makro, or even purchase a extended warranty, as it seems to be a ****! They are taking your R770 with false intentions, knowing that they won't come to the party!!
