Makro Extended Warranty Honoured

Extended Warranty Policy honored. Bought a Samsung washing machine on the 30 October 2017 with a two year manufactures guarantee. Purchased a 3 year Extended Warranty for a further 3 years Two weeks after the 2 year guarantee expired, the machine stopped working. Administrative glitches with Makro delayed the repairs as per the Extended Warranty. But after a HelloPeter complaint, the Extended Warranty was honored and the washing machine is now fixed. K Payne
