Makro Extended warranty absolutely pointless!!!!!!!!

Submitted a claim on makro extended warranty for a television. The TV was collected almost 2 weeks ago. I received no updates. After i called am told that the claim is sitting with Extended claim team, who apparently have no possible way to communicate with either in or out. All i want is just to find out what is happening and maybe an estimate of what the time frame may be!!! The service has been horrific, definitely don't buy the extended warranty from Makro its pointless.
