Makro Extended Warranty A Hoax!

I bought a dishwasher from Makro Cape Gate, and took an extended warranty out on this Bosch product, which I thought would help in case of repairs being needed. I am unable to even use this machine for 2 weeks without it giving the E24 fault. When Bosch came out in the first two years, they sorted the problem out, and it would last for a year. After Makro changed my extended warranty and decided to send out their own "technicians" I have had nothing but headaches. We tested this team and gave them a flat screen TV to repair - they told us that it could not be repaired, we must replace the TV - we took the same TV to an accredited repairer who phoned us, told us he would not charge us, we must just bring the remote in, it is just a setting that needs to be adjusted. I am again sitting without my dishwasher as the E24 problem is always an issue, leaving me with half washed dishes and a dishwasher full of water that will not pump the water out. Mr Heinrich Lillie, the General Manager, does not take calls from irate clients, and Mr Gawie Ehlers just makes promises that are not kept - he never phones back when he says he will, and he just ignores the problem completely. Never take out an extended warranty with Makro, you are wasting your time and money.
