Makro extended Warranty

I took out an extended warranty on a LG dishwasher that I bought from Makro. The dishwasher started collecting water in the base of the machine after standing idle for more than 24 h. They have now collected the machine 3 times from my house and 3 times the issue has not been resolved. Makro now wants to escalate it for the third time. I have taken half a day's leave 6 times to assure that I can get home to either hand over or collect the machine. To add to the frustration, Makro's call center's number keeps on cutting out at random times or you get an operator shouting at someone else in the background. This has truly been a terrible experience!
