MAKRO EMPTY PROMISES

Worst experience ever they advertise 2-5 working days for delivery been waiting more than 12 working days already for a product I ordered a 2 weeks before Black Friday to avoid delays.still without my fans.constantly getting promised that it will be delivered on the day but no delivery gets made.called more than 20 times constant promises and getting told they will be escalating but I get no feedback not evens a call I did my own follow-ups cause the online department just make empty promises. Supervisors and managers make promises just as much as staff spoke to many of them busi the supervisor promised just as much I’m done with makro and I’ll inform all friends and family

Almost 2 weeks and still I get empty promises and got to do my own follow-ups and I’m still waiting for my product from makro just a bunch of lies even from what was rep**** to me on the review no priority was set at all on my products you as a client need to wonder. If you ever get what you paid for it’s as if I gave the money I paid to a random pop up store this is the worst company to do online shopping I can assure you you will end up regretting it

I’m waiting for my item for a whole entire month this is really disgusting the worst customer service ever this whole online order seems like a **** they confirm your order after money was taken but never get back to you I wonder what happens from here probably another month or 2 than your order just disappears with your money
