Makro employees ***** and ***** from customers

I went to makro on 30 November 2020 at 12:18 to return a Genesis compact water filtration vacuum cleaner and a Bennet Read steam Iron They called the salesman from Verimark as the machine I bought only had 3 wheels which were sealed in a packet. The guy from verimark tried to trick us with another wheel which did not even fit. I insisted on a refund. The guy didnt want to give cash he insisted on using my RCS card. He told me it would take 48 hours for r2600 to be ct to my account. Uhm 48 hours is gone and still no credit. Please send your staff for training as they are lying to customers. I give you to 3 December 2020 f at 12:00 for rhe money to be in my account or i will come there personally and also insist on compensation for waisted time and energy. Please employ people that are clued up with what they do and don't lie and ***** from customers
