I bought a heater online at Makro crown mines on the 27 April 2023,till today I have not receive my heater.I orderd a R999 heater online at Makro, 2weeks later I received a msg to collect it.I asked my husband to collect it.When he got to the shop to collect,he was told that it was collected.We told them that we did not send anyone to collect it.They said they will investigate,till now nothing.I bought the heater cuz I needed it,my old heater it's broken.It is almost a month now,no heater no money and they don't even care to solve my problem.

21 May 2023, 18:29My kids don't have a heater for 3 weeks now,I had to call your call centre with my airtime to find out what's going but still I did not get feed back till today,how you even have an idea how it is?I told one of your consultants that if they don't sort this thing last week,you leave me no choice but to take this route.I'm at the college I can't drive to your shop,all I wanted was to just order a heater for my family.My husband drove to your shop just to be told that his order was picked up by someone else and there's nothing they can do.Since when at Makro random people just pick up orders with ID verification and collection msg?so it was clear that you guys didn't not take us serious.

24 May 2023, 21:44So are you still sorting out my order even now,on the 27 May it will be a month with my heater,my R999 gone.They have not responded me even today they have not sorted my order.Everyday when I call they promise to call back and they never call back.
