MAKRO EDENVALE. POOR RUN STORE

Makro Edenvale. Fridges of perishables water always on floor and products over iced in their upright freezers. Different pricing of Kalis Burgers and mutton sausages R121 per kg and bulk Mutton sausages also R121 per kg. Big appliances the outside reps and verimarrk/ Bennet reps more knowledgable & helpful than instore staff. TV section big trolleys blocking the isle, by the Kitchen plates section lady staff discussing union matters and ignore customers. Tills are dirty as not wiped if you have clothing to buy. No supervisors to void a price you wait more than 10 mins., Paints section you get ignored, Garden and gas/braai section untidy no labels, No Manager on the floor visible, it is very dirty and stock is not packed. The outside merchandisers are more than helpful than its own Makro Edenvale staff. The butchery is managerless and different prices for same cut of meat. I have stopped to shop there as the store attitude is take it or leave it. The till supervisors are the wrst to respond to the cashiers. Makro Edenvale is run on auto pilot most of the time and staff not interested to do do their work, and no Managers available. You see alot of stock not packed in grocery section
