Makro Edenvale - Exceptional Service.

At this peak December period with the normal buying frenzy taking place in all stores and centres I reluctantly had no alternative but to visit Makro in Edenvale on Friday 13th December. I was amazed at the way in which all areas, departments and sections of the store – packed to the brim with customers - was being managed and cared for by the personnel on duty. Everything in every way was being almost unbelievably well managed and attended to. Personnel displaying patience and helpfulness with exceptional courtesy, making this potentially very trying exercise a very unexpectedly pleasant experience. I wish to express my sincere “Thanks” to Makro and look forward to this environment continuing with future visits to your stores.
