MAKRO EASY TO TAKE UR MONEY BUT TAKE 2 WEEKS TO DO REFUNDS !!

I HAD 2 ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE I canceled 1 and 1 there was no stock off so I received refund for the 1 item other item they said refund pending so I can't see what is the problem , MAKRO aren't coming back to me to sort this problem out I keep phoning waiting airtime and time to get nothing resolved.
