I bought PIT-811 solar panel with makro order done online, Order number MAK*** purchase was done on the 27th November 2024.tracking number and message said delivery will be done on the 5th Dec 2024.I called their number since Friday with no success ***.I sent email to makro online email , email do go through. I called a Monday the 9th Dec 2024 and spoke to Thokoza who said they have badlock but will report hence my order should have gone out and delivered Thursday the 5th.since then till today I have been trying to do follow up with them.with no success. I believe that is how makro do business. Selling items online failing to communicate and to deliver meanwhile I paid and owe them nothing.pls help cause seriously I have never come across such poor service. I won't recommend anyone to do business with them due to failure to communicate and deliver
