Makro, don't deliver

I ordered a TV Online from Makro on 22 August 2024.It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of August. It didn't arrive. On 28 Aigust I received an email saying my order had been delayed, no update on delivery date.

I have called their customer care line 5 times, emailed, they say they'll investigate and get back to me. Makro has never responded to my email or got back to me as promised.

Please help, they have my money, I have no TV!
