Makro doesn't want to refund me

Makro doesn't wabt to refund me its almost a month I have been calling them daily all thier agents tell me the same story that my refund will be processed only to receive an sms the next day telling me that my order is out for delivery, it's not my problem that they couldn't deliver in time I got what I wanted elsewhere what I want from them is my money.
