Makro doesn’t want to give me my money.

I ordered stuff at Makro online at the beginning of September , most of the items that I purchased were cancelled , and I did get some few stuff of my order I haven’t got my refund till date I’ve been emailing them stating my grievances However they just keep on giving me empty promises. Tried to call them several times but they put me on hold and drop my call. I don’t know what to do and on top of that I’m a student I don’t have money.
