Makro doesn't provide "poor service". They provide no service at all.

I've already written a poor review about Makro after the goods that I ordered online never arrived after I had made payment. They promised feedback on a private HelloPeter reply and they also promised feedback when I phoned them, but still nothing.

I am so frustrated. They've made me look like a fool for wasting my company's money. Stay away from Makro if you value your money.
