Makro doesn't deliver or refund products that don't arrive

This is my second review of Makro South Africa, I purchased a product (ceiling fan) over 2 months ago. After the fan not being delivered for a month I called customer care to cancel my order and recieve a refund. The order was cancelled, and the refund never arrived. I have since been to Makro in Umgeni road in Durban, where I was told by Ndu and Mawnde that I would receive a refund by Monday. Noma also as Makro in Umgeni Road told me that it would be months before the possibility of a refund, as it has to go under investigation. Today I called about a refund, Mary Jane answered today and I was told that I am unable to get a refund as the product hasn't been delivered and it won't be delivered as the product has been successfully cancelled. I am not only appalled by the lack of service from Makro online, Customer service and their store in Umgeni road but also shocked that such a large establishment *****s from their clients by not giving refunds for products never delivered by them. This has been a terrible experience, do not trust or purchase from Makro. If i could give zero stars I would.
