Makro Doesn't deliver and then doesn't respond

My order never arrived though it is indicated as delivered. I have been following up almost daily over email and telephonically. Emails are never answered and telephone follow-up always end with "we will call you back" but that also never happens. You were paid. Where is the product and when can I expect to have it delivered or receive feedback?
