Makro doesn't deliver

I ordered a dish washer from Makro Woodmead on 24 May. Delivery time was set between 2-5 days from ordering. The last notice I received was on 27 May when I got a message that it was dispatched. I have not received my order yet. I followed up on 3 June, just to receive a phone call to confirm delivery will take place on 6 June and I need to be present to receive it. On 7 June I phoned the call centre and my enquiry was escalated, the lady would've responded on the same day to confirm the new delivery date. On 10 June I received an email that Makro is looking into the matter and will respond in due course. Makro hasnt confirmed when the item will be delivered yet and I can't get it resolved
