Makro doesn't
Makro, Makro ,Makro.... What can I say?? Another week has past. No response regarding the dishwasher that I have been waiting for , for a month. Everyday that we phone the same answer "Your order has been escalated ma-am" But I haven't received my order. I have been phoning everyday. This service is pathetic and unexplainable. Point is- We paid for a dishwasher with delivery. AND IT IS FRUSTRATING TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH. SAVED YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO TREAT YOURSELF. AND MAKRO CAN NOT DELIVER. THEY SAY THE DISHWASHER IS AT GOSFORDHPARK. THAT IS NOT FAR AWAY. HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE TO ASK THE DELIVERY GUY TO COME AND DROP IT OFF????? BE BETTET MAKRO !!!!!
In the future fo not spilt the deliveries. We placed one order but received 2 different delivery with the dishwasher never being delivered!!!
