Makro does not refund money on cancelled orders

We ordered a SodaStream online for black Friday and was called to say the colour we had wanted was out of stock. I subsequently cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund. Based on the thousands of negative reviews we are not alone in this debacle. Have mailed all the docs that were requested and received zero reply. Disgusting behaviour from Makro
